No pork blend no onions, peas or carrots and they didn't even bother to bake it. The dish is described in the menu as "made with a beef and pork blend, onions, peas and carrots, topped with mashed potatoes and bacon and backed to a golden brown.” What was served was a plain beef hamburger covered with a couple of scoops of lukewarm mash potatoes covered with plain brown gravy. However, the even higher priced Shepherd's Pie ($17+) was a total disaster. Although the Reuben sandwich was as good as always, it was at a much higher price than in the past ($15+). One person was trying to cover both the bar and kitchen when we arrived about 20 minutes after the 11 a.m. However, when we stopped for lunch on a Thursday in late June 2022, it proved to bit of a let down. This restaurant/pub was one of our favorite places to stop for many years prior to the pandemic.
